Project Overview

Background & Purpose

The project began with Instagram management support for the first facility.

When the second facility opened, I initiated a website redesign proposal to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
The existing website combined information for both facilities, which caused confusion for users.
Moreover, the client experienced frequent misdirected inquiries and phone calls, hindering smooth operation of the services.
From a UI/UX perspective, I was entrusted with a full redesign of the site structure, pricing page, and user flow.

When the second facility opened, I initiated a website redesign proposal to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
The existing website combined information for both facilities, which caused confusion for users.
Moreover, the client experienced frequent misdirected inquiries and phone calls, hindering smooth operation of the services.
From a UI/UX perspective, I was entrusted with a full redesign of the site structure, pricing page, and user flow.

Delivered final UI design assets to the client for implementation by their in-house developer. Implementation is underway; overall website launch is upcoming.

Due to using an external reservation system, actual conversions (completed bookings) could not be tracked, so CTA clicks were used as proxies.
→ Plan to deepen knowledge of external tools compatible with GA4 for better conversion tracking in the future.
